Activities Program

Activities Program

The activities program offers patients opportunities to participate in on-going interests, and helps them acquire new skills and interests. It is intended to ensure a well-rounded therapeutic milieu that satisfies patients’ physical and social needs.

Upon admission, the patient’s psychiatrist will schedule a Leisure Assessment with our certified therapeutic recreation specialist (CTRS). The results determine the overall activities recommended to meet the patient’s developmental, recreational and leisure needs.
