Testing may include all or some of the following:

• Psychiatric evaluation
• Psychological and neuropsychological testing
• Physical and neurological examinations
• Nursing assessment
• Laboratory or other medically indicated testing
• Thorough review and analysis of available prior assessments

There may also be additional screenings or assessments for:

• Educational services
• Recreational
• ROPES
• Nutritional
• Speech and language
• Sexual trauma or sexual behavior problems
• Chemical dependency
